I would like to congratulate the winner and thank the judge for his comments. This photo was taken at Merimbula on the south-west coast of NSW, Australia. Taken with Leica M Monochrom and Leica Elmarit-M 28mm f/2.8 ASPH lens with a six-stop neutral density filter. Regards, Andrew.
