Thank you! I feel honored that my image was chosen among so many others. I shot this in Charlotte, North Carolina using a Minolta 700si with colored film and a polarized filter, and then I scanned the negative onto a computer. It was a beautiful place in the midst of autumn and this finished sunflower patch looked so harmonious with the rest of the old acreage. I did what I could to capture that, and it's fulfilling to know that it was received well!
