the depth of shadow and high contract in this image make it truly stand out ... the overall mood is wonderful, and the simplicity of the image allow that mood to be the main feature. the only thing i would wish is if that lovely spot of light falling around the dog was just a little bit bigger/brighter, drawing the viewer's attention to the dog's full body, not just those lovely ears. nicely done! ~ illona
