A very bold two tone shot making a striking silhouette of this chamois. You did well getting the photo in the first place but your processing is equally adventurous.

Thank you once again for a Mark of Excellence. My name is Stefan Betz and I am from Germany. This shot was taken in the Vogese Mountains in France. After shooting a group of chamois on a long distance, I heard a noise in my back. When I turned around, this female chamois was standing on a rock overhead of my against a bright sky - a perfect chance for a shilouette. Shot taken with a Canon 1DX and a EF 400mm 2.8
