I find this very original decision, the treatment is really beautiful and the focus was very well chosen.

I am honored to receive the Mark of Excellence on my photo. My name is Tom Shope. This picture was taken with a Fuji X100S which uses a fixed 23mm (35mm equivalent) lens. The coins were carefully balanced on my kitchen island. I've been experimenting with macro shots beyond the typical subjects. Congrats to the winner. I am humbled to be singled out among so many talented entries.
