Perfect timing and point of view. Well executed.

Aloha, My name is Jon Miyashiro. My friend, Kimo Vincent, in the picture, and I are aspiring wave photographers. This shot was taken during a summer sunrise in 2012 at a popular local bodysurfing/body boarding spot called Sandy Beach on Oahu. My gear consists of a Canon 7D, Tokina fishey and a SPL water housing. Kimo did the post processing using DXO to lighten the exposure a little to enhance the facial expression. Mahalo, Jon
