I'm Sohail Karmani, currently based in Abu Dhabi. This photo was taken earlier this year in Sahiwal, a city in Eastern Central Punjab, Pakistan. The shop, if I recall right, is a hardware store -- hence the knives to the left of the photo. The photo was taken with a Sony RX1R with its fixed 35mm lens; it was processed in ACR.
