- This is a truly fantastic image and an instant favorite. The shallow depth-of-field, the curved leading line, and the skilled conversion to black-and-white, all make this a standout image. It's unfortunate that the bucket or bin in the center-middle of frame couldn't have been removed before taking the image, and some of the other elements like the vertical post, removed in post. But it is still a strong and lovely images. Congrats! ~ illona

There is great variety of texture, from the snow-covered mossy branches to the white snow, the cat's fur and eyes, and whiskers ... all work to deliver a wonderful image.
