- This is just a fantastic image. The framing is wonderful, the tones and white-balance are just perfect, and the high angle is fabulous. The rich contrast of textures from the smooth water, gentle ripples, the water breaking against the pier and the lichen-covered concrete all allow the viewer's eye to travel throughout the image, but always come back to the dog staring into the water. Beautiful image! ~ illona

- This is such a sweet and wonderful image. I do find that with the door's hardware all on the one side, it makes the image very right-side heavy. A quick edit to remove the knocker creates a cleaner image allowing the viewer's eye to go more directly to the dog ... or move the knocker to the left door to balance out the image. Either way, it is a very sweet, story-telling image which evokes emotion. Nicely done. ~ illona
