- Thank you very much for choosing my photograph. My name is Walter Fogel. I`m a professional photographer for advertisement and have my own photo studio in the south of Germany near Heidelberg. I have taken this photo at the beginning of September 2016 in the evening light on the beach of the island île d 'Oléron. (Atlantic Ocean France) Camera Canon G1X 1/2000 Sek;  f/5,6;  ISO 400; 30mm. I did not understand what these two persons are doing at this moment, but it looked like a surreal setting.

- Thank you for that distinction is an honor for me. My name is José Almeida from Portugal and I live in the city of Tomar where I work and attend degree in photography. The photo was taken in Lisbon in the early evening and i used a nikon D750 with a 50 mm lens, portrays a young woman who enters an access to a space with an environment out of fashion, very special, a club, stairs, a first floor where people dance and have fun. Drew me a possible story behind this woman, the connection between the characters, the old-fashioned atmosphere inside, the fan.

- Thank you for your selection, I am honored ! My name is Ntino Krampis and I am a street photographer based in New York City. I travel when I can afford it and have the time, to expand my visual stimuli and create new images. I work with Leica M9 camera and Voightlander lenses, my post-processing is usually color saturated film filters and some contrast pushing in Lightroom. This specific photograph was taken in a trip early this past summer in San Francisco, which I must say is a very colorful city compared to New York. My next trip, will be soon on a train across the USA stopping on a few cities along the way, so stay tuned for updates ! - First of all, thank you so much for the selection - it is an honor and very much appreciated. My name is Mike Meyers and I am an amateur photographer living in Chicago. I had the idea for this shot after walking down an intensely crowded Michigan Ave. one day and returned the next day to see what I could get. I popped off nearly 500 burst shots of this one spot, with the camera near ground level, hoping to catch something interesting. Strangely enough, this was one of the very first shots I captured. I was stunned at my luck. Not much done in post - just a little desaturation of the surrounding elements to make the red pop a bit (Lightroom). Shot with a Sony a6000 and Zeiss Touit 32mm 1.8f prime. My work can be found on Instagram @mmeyers76 and prints can be found at the link below. Thanks again!
