This shot was taken on the basketball court of the local school; on that day, the clouds and reflections just were perfect. A different view of life in the city, and though most likely current time, the image has a feel of time travel to it. The framing is exquisite and the control of the tones inside and outside make it work very well. Well done!

We like the balance in this picture, how the colors, the elements and even the shadow is adding to an interesting composition. The timing is just right to put you as the viewer in a frozen moment in a story that you will have to imagine yourself how it develops.

Straight forward and very simple, taken from an unusual angle that makes you think about how massive the building is, what is above and who is inside. It’s a great picture that in it’s simplicity make you add more to the story.

This photo communicates very well the cold weather and some conditions some of us face a short period of the year, others live in the whole year, and for others is unknown. It’s very cold and tough, and the photograph communicates exactly that.

This could be a nice tourist photo, but then you see how daily life unfolds with the woman and the laundry, and you start noticing more details. Very nice photo!
