Messina, Sicily, July 10, 2017. Horse in a soccer field after being evacuated due to a huge fire. Finally the canadair turns off nearby flames. I shot this photo while we were waiting for the firefighters: after evacuating the stables, we brought the horses to a soccer field waiting for the trucks to transport them to other stables, far from the wildfire.
