Great images can tell a story and in this image the story appears to be ready to unfold. Is the capped shadow figure a policeman? What will happen when he gets to the young man? What's beyond the wall and out of view? The photographer here has utilized a number of elements to build the intrigue, but also employed good use of composition to move the eye through all the parts of the image. Excellent!
