The detail in this image comes slowly creeping out as you look on. It is a beautiful photograph, so sensitively composed. The misty filtering of the slanted early light makes the shadows soft. It is a lovely capture with the three trees nicely off centre. Let’s have some more like this! Well done!

Completely honored by this. This photograph was taken in Cades Cove in the Smokey Mountains last fall in the early morning. Taken with a Canon 40D and just a little sharpening of the image was done.
