My name is Kevin Blair, I shot this Painted Lady as it was feeding on an Indian Paintbrush in Bristow, Oklahoma. I used a Nikon D40x with a Tamron 70 - 300mm lens. I put the camera on Shutter Priority and kept playing around with the shutter speed until I got what I wanted. As far as post processing goes. I used Photoshop Elements 5.0 played with the contrast and brightened it up until it looked right.
