Thank you to everyone who took part. It's a real joy looking at so many wonderful dog photos. There were so many good photos to choose from, so please don't be too disappointed if your photo was not chosen.
We are proud to announce the most prestigious competition we have ever launched at I SHOT IT – in association with Leica we have the I SHOT IT M Monochrom Competition. This isn’t a spelling error by us, it’s the name of a very special digital camera from Leica, optimised for black-and-white photography – and named the M Monochrom.

The amazing prize for our one lucky winner for the competition comes in two parts – first the M Monochrom camera body itself, worth around $8000; then there is the I SHOT IT prize fund that grows with the number of entries, giving the winner the chance to choose the lens for their camera that suits them best (should they choose to spend it that way).
The theme of the competition is – of course – your very best monochrome photograph!! You won’t be surprised to hear that for such a massive prize, there is an entry fee of $20 per photo – and if this competition is not for you, all of our other competitions continue as usual.
For such a huge prize, why not give it your best (black-and-white) shot?

It was wonderful to see a comment from 19 year old Autumn. It's good see photographers of all ages participating and achieve success.

When we reached 100,000 followers on Facebook we started a free flower competition with large cash prizes. This figure keeps going up and it's wonderful to see that we now have 106,000 Facebook followers. We thought a flower photo competition would be popular, and we were pleasantly surprised to see how popular it was. There was an absolutely amazing 5727 photos entered.
